The 65 mm lens diameter provides significantly greater facial coverage than standard 52–55 mm fashion sunglasses, shielding the periorbital skin area from lateral UV exposure that smaller frames leave unprotected — a particularly relevant consideration for individuals with photosensitive skin conditions or post-laser treatment recovery. The ivory cellulose acetate is formulated with a UV stabilizer package that prevents the yellowing and opacity development associated with white and cream acetates exposed to prolonged sunlight over time, maintaining the original ivory tone for the product lifespan.
