A ring of twelve N52 neodymium micro-magnets embedded in the clip rim exerts 800 grams of holding force — strong enough to remain secure during running and cycling while releasing cleanly with a single two-finger pull. The polarized TAC lenses are trimmed to standard optical shapes including rectangular, oval, round, and wayfarer profiles, and are available in five widths from 50 mm to 62 mm to match popular prescription frame sizes. A 0.8 mm beveled rim edge aligns the clip lens to sit flush with the front surface of the prescription frame, eliminating the gap that makes conventional clip-ons look mismatched. Anti-reflective coating on the inner clip lens surface prevents secondary reflections between the prescription and clip lenses. The clip folds flat for compact storage in any standard glasses case.
