The 2 mm polycarbonate lenses are drilled to a 0.05 mm positional tolerance and fitted with silicone compression bushings that distribute bolt clamping force evenly, preventing stress fracture propagation from drill holes that plagues poorly engineered rimless frames. The photochromic option transitions from clear to Category 3 in 20 seconds, making these suitable as everyday glasses that convert to performance sunglasses automatically. The titanium bridge is a single piece bent from 1 mm titanium strip and finished with rhodium PVD coating for a neutral silver-white appearance. Temple cores are titanium, wrapped in Megol rubber that extends the grip zone over the full length of the temple for secure retention during downhill runs and high-wind cycling.
